I made a purchase, and after 2 weeks... still no sign of my stuff! I reached out via email, and they told me it got lost in the mail and promised to send a replacement. NOW, three days have passed, and it’s been nearly three weeks since I first ordered, and I’m still empty-handed. I could’ve easily gotten the same items from other vendors and had them delivered in just 2-3 days. I’m done with this place and wouldn’t suggest you give them a shot either.

Beautiful but poorly constructed

I've picked up a few things from Magick. Two rings and a couple of necklaces. The necklaces are great, and I'm really into them. The rings, though, are adjustable, but the silver bands are super thin, so they bend and end up breaking. Both of mine snapped within a year of getting them. I tried reaching out via messenger, but they blocked me. I left a review on Facebook, and it got taken down. I shot them an email, but that went nowhere.

I got this item as a Christmas present for myself, but it didn’t show up until three weeks after I ordered it. I ended up waiting for months, and when March rolled around—my birthday month—I thought, hey, if it finally arrives, it could double as a birthday gift. Sure enough, it came in March, which was nearly four months of waiting.

The piece is absolutely stunning, and I’m really into it. But when I first wore the necklace, just a few hours in, the chain snapped. It seemed like it might have been faulty, but I couldn’t figure out why. I reached out to customer service and got a reply, but they didn’t update me on my claim for weeks. I figured, well, it’s just one of those things. Then, a month after I reported the broken necklace, I was surprised to receive a replacement! I genuinely love both the earrings and the necklace for their charm and style. I’m giving it four stars mainly because of the long wait (I guess living far away doesn’t help), but four months is quite a stretch, while the replacement only took a month to get here. Maybe it’s the courier’s fault, but who knows?

I'm really pleased with this whole deal. The shipping was fast. It was a pleasure to work with them.

This ring is stunning! I expected it to be larger, but the size is just right. I'm really happy with it. Just a heads up, it would be great if you could provide clearer info on the delivery date or the expected wait time.
